Really old card game

Off-Topic Discussions

Hi all,
I just found a game that I remember playing a really long time ago (like maybe 25 years ago?) which consists of cards representing players, named Ozmo, Harald, Nruff, and 5 others, and small squares representing arms, encounters, treasure, and points (maybe hits?).

I have a feeling that this game came out of Dragon magazine, or possibly Dungeon, because the little squares have been stuck onto cardboard by us, long ago, so they were probably just flimsy paper to begin with.

Does anybody recognize this game at all from the description? I have this foggy memory of playing it for hours and loving it, but I can't at all remember how to play. I can probably figure SOMETHING out, but I would love to have the rules.

Oh, there's also a card labelled "Exploration Chart", which lists things you can do in each location. But I don't have a board or anything on which to play, which would indicate these locations. I think that might be the problem - no board.

Wow. You are my hero. Now all I have to do is dig through all the old Dragons, and try to find the map (which was not with the rest).

Thank you, thank you, thank you!
