Update on conversion notes?

Given the demise of Dungeon and the rise of Pathfinder, there is probably too much going on to expect more conversion notes.

I think it's been mentioned somewhere by James Jacobs (?) that they will be done eventually. The problem at the moment is that the staff are working on both the last few issues of Dragon/Dungeon and the first issues of Pathfinder. Once Dragon/Dungeon are finished, I suspect quite a few things will move up the to-do list simply because people will have time to do them.
