Saint Kargoth is likely to have a role in Savage Tide, but the Blood Empress and Karizmodus don't have any significant on-screen time. And while we'll have a somewhat more detailed map of Gaping Maw coming in issue #150, and while that adventure reaches the gates of Lemoriax... it doesn't quite go inside of Demogorgon's city.
At one point I wanted to include a map of Lemoriax in the Demonomicon of Demogorgon that's gonna be in Dragon #357, but I ran out of time and space to do so.
So basically... nope; there won't be a map of Lemoriax any time soon.

Abysm plays a role, but no. The adventure doesn't go to Lemoriax or Abysm. Part of the reason is that we wanted to develop some new content on Gaping Maw, part is that the way the Savage Tide mythos works out it just can't take place in a previously established location (it'd cause some contradictions), but mostly:
Both Lemoriax and Abysm are IMMENSE locations, ones that could easily take up a full backdrop and adventure on their own to detail. The space constraints of the magazine format being what they are, I chose to leave these locations to the imagination or to some nebulous future product that'll have more room to properly detail and develop them, rather than do a rush job on them that wouldn't and couldn't live up to their potential.
