UPS Ground option for Pathfinder

My Dungeon and Dragon subscriptions transitioned me into 5 issues of Pathfinder.

Awhile ago, I signed up for month-to-month for Pathfinder beginning with issue #6, and I chose "UPS Ground" as the shipping option.

However, upon recently reviewing my subscriptions in the My Account section, I found my subscription with #6 is set to go out USPS.

Recognizing the error, I chose the "UPS Ground" option on the dropdown box and <clicked> "Select" -- the screen refreshed with the original USPS shipping status not "UPS Ground." I repeated this a couple of times with the same result.

I have two questions:

1. How can I get Pathfinder switched to ship "UPS Ground" for issue #6 onward?
2. How can I get issue 1 to 5 to ship "UPS Ground"? **With my GameMastery Module subscription also, of course. ;-) **

We thought we fixed that bug. Can you try it again, and let us know if it's still happening?

I was having the same problem after it was thought to be fixed as well. In case this information helps you track down the problem, here's how I worked around it:

1. I changed my transition option from "Pathfinder" to "refund".
2. I changed my Pathfinder subscription shipping option to "UPS Ground".
3. I changed my transition option back to "Pathfinder".

That did the trick. Without step #1, my shipping always reverted to "USPS Package" no matter what I chose.

I tried again with the same result.

Then, I used jthilo's method above and was able to set issue #6 to go out UPS Ground.

How do I go about getting Pathfinder issues 1 to 5 to ship "UPS Ground" also?

I thought I had fixed it, but apparently not.

This is now officially my first bug to fix tomorrow.
