His Int is 33, according to Dungeon 112.

Let's say he started with 18 base Int.
+ 4 Levels
+ 5 Wishes (inherent), noted on p. 81
Ring of Intellect +6 (enhancement), noted on p. 83

I believe that's about right. Eli's one of those cases where we didnt' strictly adhere to the elite array; sometimes we simply assign ability scores, especially in the case of individuals who are supposed to be particularlly awesome or particularly lame at certain things.
