Venger as a Critical Threat?

Has Dungeon ever done Venger from the old D&D cartoon as a Critical Threat? If not, Maybe food for thought in these final issues?

The D&D cartoon series comes in a boxed set that includes a book with the stats for the main characters, and all the kids' weapons, as well as an adventure you can run the party through.

Venger's stats reveal he is

Spoiler:
a CR 21 half fiend sorceror 13/archmage 5

Those stats have to be wrong.

Spoiler:
a 13th level sorcerer can't qualify for the archmage class.

My 2 cents: When I saw the stats, I felt that Venger should have been much more powerful: epic in fact.

Venger was superior to Lloth.
Venger quiped in one episode that Warduke was "Brave or stupid" for wanting to barter with him.
Venger only feared Tiamat.
Venger is the creator of Demodragon, an unstoppable dragon (featured in the latest Dungeon as a critical threat!)
Venger was described by the Dungeon Master as "The Force of Evil."

Obviously the cartoon (which I love dearly) does not translate to the game.
