Spawn of Sehan: Who's Beldein?

In Spawn of Sehan the Scaling the Adventure section mentions giving Beldein 2-3 sorcerer levels.
However, there is no Beldein in the adventure text.
Did something get cut out?

Beldien is the succubus in area 5. Look on page 33.
Oh, and just cuz you asked, she's named after a South American hairdresser that I used to see all the time at the gym and then ran into at Super Cuts (she worked there). She was kinda hot, but she acted like she was hawt.
