I placed an order yesturday, but it seems that a second copy of Dungeon Crawl Classics #4: Bloody Jack's Gold (d20) Print Edition has been added to my order. I recall the order being just over $100.

We're not sure what happened there, but I've removed the extra copies.
The extras hadn't actually been submitted, so they wouldn't have shipped, and you wouldn't have been charged—it's as though they were added to your shopping cart after you checked out, which shouldn't be possible. If you have any further insight as to how it may have happened (anything odd happen during the checkout process?), I'd love to know about it.
