It would be great if Paizo created something like the infamous swashbuckling cards. Please check it out, a balanced set of cards could add so much to the game we all love.

That's a pretty good concept, and I would probably give a person two cards per level rather than per session. I think these specific cards are a bit overpowered though. For example, shaking off all damage and fully healing is a bit extreme.

Some of them are overpowered. But there are worse than the one you mention, just have a look at this one: "an entire cadre, lair, cult or other society of bad guys is annihilated in some catastophic event" Ouch! So much for the DMs preparations.
The best bet is to take the overpowered cards out of the set and to stick to two cards per session, in my opinion. We have been playing this way for some time and it works really fine, especially for a swashbuckling game.
