I've been pouring over my books, and I can't find what I'm looking for, so I hope someone can:
What is the cost to sanctify a weapon per Book of Exalted Deeds? Is it a +1 (or more) equivalent, or a +gp vaule?

It doesn't cost anything to sanctify a weapon. You just have to have the sanctify weapon feat and the ability the cast align weapon. When you cast align weapon with the sanctify weapon feat the weapon deals 1 extra point of holy damage to evil, or 1d4 to evil outsiders or undead. Are you thinking of the ancestral relic feat that has a weapon value to lv chart?
