Paizo has not posted submission guidelines for their new product lines yet. I believe, once GAMA is over, they may get to it. I wouldn't expect them any time in the immediate future, though.

There most certainly will be opportunities for freelancers to contribute to various GameMastery products. We are still working out some of the details, but as soon as we have them, you will see them here.

I am so glad to hear that. I have been working up three adventures and trying to flesh them out in the hopes of one day making it into Dungeon. Alas that dream has died. The hardest thing I think is getting up the guts to send them in :)
