Just changed my "remaining issues" transition to "month to month"...

A couple of questions to go with this:

1. Originally, my 12 remaining issues of Dragon and Dungeon translated to 4 issues of Pathfinder, which was reflected in "My Subscription." Now, the final issue is 5. Is this right? When do I get billed for the upcoming No. 5? I can't imagine it would be before 1-4 ship.

2. Honestly, while I like Paizo, I don't know if I'll stay with Pathfinder. I figure I'll give the first adventure path a chance and make my decision after that. Am I correct in that I can drop my month-to-month anytime?

3. Now that I've gone month-to-month, I should not only get free .pdfs of my issues of Pathfinder, but a free softbound copy of the Player's Guide as well. Right?

1. You'll be billed when #5 ships.

2. Yes. Contact customer service. We hope you won't though. :-)

3. Yes.

Regarding two, if I do, it's nothing personal. You guys (and gals) are awesome. Customer friendly, great products ... It's just that I'd like to see Paizo find some way to continue the Dungeon magazine tradition, even if it is OGL (and in book form) ... and I have only so much green to throw around at my hobby.

I don't understand how you guys are figuring out how we get credited. I had 11 issues of Dragon and 12 issues of Dungeon remaining. However, I only received credit for 5 issues of Pathfinder. How can I have 11 more issues remaining than the OP and only get 1 more month of Pathfinder? For the simple math, he had 12 issues remaining and received 4 months of Pathfinder. I had 23 months remaining and received 5 months of Pathfinder. Something doesn't seem quite right.

It's not based on how many issues you had so much as how much you paid for those issues.

23 remaining issues which were purchased as 12-month subscriptions are worth more than if they were purchased as part of a 36-month subscription because the 36-month subscriptions were discounted more.
