First let me second the kudos to Paizo regarding the way this admittedly sad situation is being handled. I was depressed and more than a little numb when I read the press release ... no more Dragon? It was just not possible (and no, the idea of some kind of online Dragon magazine does NOT fill me with glee. The whole "everyone wants to get magazine content online" is an outdated and misguided business model - and I have worked in the magazine publishing industry for more than ten years, so I know of what I speak!)
But I digress ...
Regarding the Back Issues option: I went to the Transition page and chose this option (I'll most likely be choosing all Dragons, since I am missing a few from about a year ago). It tells me I will get 4, which I assume is the standard amount remaining. However, I had called Paizo's customer service line about a month ago regarding an issue I never received and the gentleman told me that they would just add on an extra issue to my subscription. So, should I not actually have 5 issues due to me???
Also, the BAck Issues option says we will get to choose them in September. Will we get an e-mail at that time giving us more info or how will this actually go?

We've taken into account any extra issues. The number may be lower than you'd expect because we count issues as fulfilled in our system when the subscriber list is sent to the printer, which is a week or two before it actually gets mailed.
