To all the Staff of Paizo,
I am sorry to see Dungeon and Dragon magazines fall by the wayside. WOTC has made a true mistake, up there with New Coke in my humble opinion. I do have a question for you concerning this though. Will there ever be a Savage Tide, and an Age of Worms Adventure path books. Will they have to be licensed through WOTC, or does your previous license for publishing them hold.
I know I would LOVE to see those works be bound in glory as the Shackled City was.
Please tell me there is hope

Sadly the hardcover compilations weren't covered under their license to publish Dragon and Dungeon and had to be negotiated separately.
At least that's the gist I got from previous threads that are, I'm sure, buried in the archives somewhere.
A recent quote from Lisa suggested that they are still hopeful they'll be able to produce these volumes eventually, or at least that they are determined to keep trying to negotiate those rights.

From the transition FAQ:
What does this development mean for the prospect of future collaborations between Wizards of the Coast and Paizo, such as a hardcover compilation of the Age of Worms Adventure Path, more volumes in the Dragon Compendium series, etc.?
Both companies remain on good terms and are discussing opportunities for future collaborations.
...
Which, honestly, makes me say yay, cuz oh boy how I hope for the chance to work on DCII. :)
