A question concerning store credit (transition option)

Customer Service

Assume that my store credit, for excess subscription, is $100. Does this mean that, if I take the credit and purchase some of the fine gaming products available through this website, that my credit card will be charged for the transaction, or has that charge already been applied? Since it's store credit, I'm assuming that the charge has already gone through - just wanted to be sure I know how this would work.

Many thanks,

Choosing store credit means you'll get a credit balance with us that you can use to apply against orders placed on paizo.com. No credit card is necessary unless you want to spend more than your store credit balance.

During order checkout, if you have store credit, you'll see the option to apply it to your order on the "select a payment method" page.

Thanks Gary

Unfortunately, another question is necessary: I can't seem to find my credit when I go to the checkout counter. Am I just blind, or is there a bug somewhere?

The credit will be added to your account in September, after your subscriptions conclude.
