My intent was to initiate a subscription to Pathfinder that would continue until I decided to cancel. In other words, a "normal" magazine-type subscription.
What is now listed under My Subscriptions is Pathfinder month-to-month, and only issue #2 is mentioned.
I see from another thread that someone else is subscribed for #2-5 rather than #1-4, and I see that's a bug that will be worked out before #1 is released. I expect he and I will both get #1.
What I don't know is whether, given the subscription setup I now have, I will get anything *beyond* #1 without taking any further action.
Also, this is my Dragon subscription info from the paizo site. If #355 is one of my 5 "remaining" issues, my sub runs out exactly on time; if #356 is the first of 5 "remaining" issues, then I should have one issue's worth of credit. Which is correct?
Remaining Issues: 5
Issue #355 shipped 04/03/07
Issue #356 ships 05/08/07
Final Issue: #359

Mine's kind of like this as well, so I'll ask here, too.
I transitioned my (post-September) Dungeon and Dragon credit to Pathfinder, and it notes that I now have "7 issues remaining", and that #2 ships in September.
Here's a copy'n'paste from My Account for Pathfinder:
Remaining Issues: 7
Issue #2 ships 09/07/07
Final Issue: #8
What will I have to do to get #1? (And what's the difference between a "Charter Subscriber" and just "Subscriber"?)
Thanks!

A Subscriber has converted their remaining issues to Pathfinder, while a Charter Subscriber has signed up for an ongoing month-to-month subscription. (Charter Subscribers will also get a free copy of the Player's Guide to Rise of the Runelords.)
The test suggesting that anyone's subscription will begin with Volume 2 is a display bug. No worries—everyone will start with the first volume.
Remaining issues are calculated based on the fact that Dragon 355 and Dungeon 148 have already been marked as fulfilled in our database because the printer already has those subscriber lists. So the maximum number of Dragon issues you can be served is 4; it's 3 for Dungeon.

What about folks who have done both? I'm getting the first 3 issues in substitution for Dungeon mags owed and I have also signed up for month-to-month, which will hopefully start after the others run out.

In that circumstance, you should show up as Charter. We'll look into it. And yes, it will start seamlessly when your run out of Dungeon credit.
