I live in germany and wanted to order some items.
Two of them are preorders and the other two are the Monster Ecologie Book and the Critical hit deck.
However, shipping costs are pretty high (as I expected) but I wonder if those costs apply every time an item is send.
Say I order the things above in one order:
- Did the two already available will be sent immediately or do you wait until all the stuff is available?
- If you send the items immediately and the preorderd at a later time, do the shipping cost apply again?

From what I've been able to see Dryder, they usually wait 'til everything's in stock to ship, but I'm not so sure about preorders.

When you check out, you get to choose whether to ship everything together and thus save on shipping, or to have us ship this as they become available, which costs more, but means you get some stuff faster.
I'm home now, so I can't check to see what you chose, but if you look at your order history, you should be able to tell...

And why does shipping cost gets about 10 bucks more expensive when I add another product? I thought it would get cheaper, the more I order?
More stuff=heavier, and shipping is more or less by the pound for most shipping methods.
However, if you hit $100 in value, you'll get a $10 shipping discount—a promotion we've been running for years.
