I never received Dragon issue 353, though I have since received issue 354.
I recently renewed my subscription in January, with only one issue left on my old subscription (issue 352). Perhaps I cut things a bit too close time-wise with my renewal and caused a gap in issues?
My subscription information says I have 10 issues left, so I'm thinking #353 should have been the first one. If so, could you please send me issue 353.
If I messed up and caused a gap in my subscription, could you please send me issue #353 anyway and just reduce the number if issues I have left coming.

A replacement #353 is on its way! It was actually the last issue of your old sub.
