Rinnick Pelogue is a single writer who creates so much raw D&D writing output that he has, in order to provide the illusion of variety to us the readers, seperated himself into two creative alter egos.

Rumor has it that Rinnick himself may only exist in the phrenetic day dreams of James Jacobs. He's very troubled, you know. Freelance submissions, my ass. He's keeping it all for himself.

In the biggest plot twist in Dungeons and Dragons history, NEITHER authors really exist. It is the single most massive case of "gaming food" (pizza, beer, pretzels, Mountain Dew, chips and cupcake) enduced mass hallucination. For people that aren't part of the gaming subculture, the magazine simply contains blank pages where we once THOUGHT these two figments of our imaginations once published their adventures.

Liberty's Edge

So...it's like that 1984 book. Neither side exists.

cool.

Either that, or the good people at Dungeon magazine have finally found one thousand monkeys on one thousand typewriters that can come up with great adventures.
