Advice on weather mantle

3.5/d20/OGL

I'm working on a pantheon for my campaign, and just to be well-rounded I've been giving them a list of Mantles from the Complete Psionic in addition to their domains. With one of these deities--a CN god of the sea and storms--I simply cannot find enough mantles that fit. Does anyone have any suggestions for a mantle of Storms or Weather or something?

I kind of threw this stuff out when I did this work in my homebrew and none of my players have chosen to run a Devine Mind (though I personally think they are uber cool) so my choices have not received a test drive.

However my Storm Goddess (a split personality of my Goddess of Oceans and Lakes) has Elements, Chaos, and Destruction as her Mantles.

With the effect that weather has on growing crops, you could add Drought, famine and general agricultural sub-effects, good and bad.

Hi Lawgiver

Your 2nd edition, right?
He's not really asking about what types of things this God rules over but more a mechanics question - in 2nd edition terms he's asking what 'psionic' spheres should this God grant to 'psionic' clerics. Famine and Agriculture are not on the list of options.
