Okay, so my AoW campaign is set in a homebrew world where Tiamat and Mersshaulk (the Yuan-ti god) are the big movers and shakers behind Kyuss (creepy green snakes instead of worms), so I'm throwing spawn of Tiamat and Yuan-ti agents into the mix to replace some of the goons and masterminds.
First up are the Greenspawn sneaks to replace those pesky kenku (hate them) in TFoE. I figured that 4 of them are a proper replacement for 6 kenku and I made the boss sneak a scout 3 (arterial strike on his feat list!) and made Number Two a dragonblood sorcerer 1(RotDragon substitution class with draconic breath feat). The faceless one thinks that they are just draconic mercenaries (Spawn of Tiamat are brand new IMC so nobody has seen them or heard of them before), but their secret mission is to spy on the Ebon Triad and report back to a certain vampire silver dragon on their progress.
EaBK will have a Yuan-ti imposter posing as the lizard king and a couple of blackspawn raiders will be guarding the wormy egg (YAY! Ninjas!)
I'm still in the process of re-engineering the rest of the AP, but I was wondering if any DM's out there had some suggestions for easy swithes of goons/boss monsters I can throw in. I'm definitely doing a Redspawn Arcansiss lich somewhere along the line and a four-armed, two headed Yuan-ti Abomination lich in SoLS! Any thoughts?
