Dragon issue 352 (February) never arrived.

I've received issue 353 (march) but never received issue 352(february)
I've send an email to Paizo customer support for more than one week ago but they didn't response yet.

Can i get my copie of Dragon issue 352?

May I suggested an entry in help/faq to explain what to do in this case? I had difficulty finding Paizo customer support email adress too.

Also, we are actually working on a process to give better information via the messageboards concerning lost issues. If you ever need to contact us, [e-mail] is always a good way to do it.
