I noticed that the new Savage Tide has a Players Guide each month in Dragon, and I remember seeing articles for the Age of Worms.
What I dont know is if there was an ongoing section of the Dragon mags devoted to Shackled City each month a few years ago when it was being distributed in Dungeon Magazines.
If so, what issues? I may want to try to get my hands on them.

I don't remember there being any. I think that the Dragon articles may have only started with the AoW AP.

Olaf and Delves are right. They did not have a series for Shackled City. Remember, SCAP was the first, a prototype. They improve upon the Adventure Path with each new incarnation.
