Subscription troubles?

Customer Service

Hello!

It looks like something went wrong with my subscriptions. I haven't received Dragon 352 (nor 353, if that has shipped to Canada) yet - but I've received double of Dungeon 143 and as of today, double of Dungeon 144...

My side-bar lists me having 8 more Dragon issues to go, and 3 more Dungeon - but I purchased 12 more issues of Dungeon in November of 2006 (shouldn't there be around 8-9 of those left?), and my most recent subscription for Dragon was in June (so about 4-5 of those should be left?) I'm mightily confused!

Thanks!

Bram,

We'll ship another copy of 352.

The problem with the Dungeon subscription is complicated to explain, but revolves around the fact that the name on the subscription is different from the name on your account. At any rate, I've fixed it, and the duplicate issues won't count against your susbcriptions.

Your Dragon subscription has more issues than you think because you renewed a few months before your previous subscription ran out. The number you see is correct.

These are the the things they don't warn you about when you marry and change your name. :) Thank you very much - as always, you guys rock my socks.

Hail Great peoples of Dungeon, keep up the great work on all that you do. I've not had one bad game since I started receiving your magazine. My issue 144 arived on time but the bad news is I think the post office must of had a hungry gobo working because I was missing the bottom quarter of the page from page 70 to the end.It looked there was some cool pats of that adventure that I missed.I have 9 gamers that meet at my house every other Sunday[going on for over 10 years]that would use thier Sword of DM slaying if I couldn't finish the adveture or build the rest of the dungeon with Dwarven Forge. I'm 50 years young and getting younger each game we play. Love the Mag.,keep up the good work.Could you find it in your heats to grant me this one wish of getting a new issue?A loyal reader
