Okay,
So my players knew this last session was going to be Dragotha. They ran into him at the end of the last session and it was a huge to be continued.
One of my guys manages a Kinos and came to the session with the following laminated poster to put in front of the DM screen.
To understand the link below you have to know the party.
Warforged Marshal/Swashmucker (focused on being a diplomat and is often jokingly called the diplobot)
Human Warmage (calls himself the Fire Duke and loves fire spells)
Dwarf Cleric (player hadn't played D&D since 2nd ed. Shows up to the first game with a character sheet and no name. I ask him for a name and he looks up dwarf names in the PHB and picks... yeah you got it, Tordek.
Human Paladin (player did this amazing Colbert "Age of Worms On Notice" photoshop months ago and ever since his character has been compared to Colbert.)

The greatest think was the poster came laminated so as Dragotha killed the PC's off their "photo" would get a big X. Not that I wanted a TPK but it was close. Completely misjudged the paladin though and Dragotha made a move that took two PC's out thinking he could last another round with the Paladin before pumping up another harm. Such was not the case.
