On the maps of Greyhawk from issues 118-121, there is a TOWN called Flen just East of the Javan and West of the Good Hills in Keoland. By town I mean that the map key (a solid black circle)used to indicate population marks it as a "Town" which by the rules has a population of anywhere from 901-5000. However, in the Living Greyhawk Gazetteer, in the description of Keoland, Flen is listed as having 11,900 inhabitants. Does anyone know which is correct? Is there any errata on this?

I don´t know if there is any offical errata to this, but I would go for the Gazetteer entry - it is the older source and as wizards stated officially, text entries generally take precedence over secondary entries. I would consider the map a secondary entry.

The LG campaign has always used the LGG and treated Flen as a small city.
And note, by the LGG, Flen is not on the Javan River, but a distance away.

In the case of a discrepancy between the map and the LGG, always go with the LGG. There are hundreds and hundreds of little symbols on that map, and there are bound to be a couple of errors of this nature.
