Paizo Order #699591. Order still 'pending' after a week.

I placed an order (order # in subject) on Jan 13th and I've noticed no movement of this order whatsoever. After no reply to my email inquiry as to how long to expect the order to sit as pending.

Big question is will the item get shipped (UFS Penny Arcade Battle Box) and if so when.

Honestly if I had've known there would be this kind of delay I would have placed my order with a more prompt service. Until I know a true status of this order (whether it will be filled) doing so is pointless as I will double up on product.

Help is greatly appreciated.

Im in the same boat as you. I placed my order (#699807) on the 1/13/07 and it is still pending. I sent an email to customer service on Thursday and have gotten no response. This doesn't feel right, all other orders I have had with this company have shipped in a day or two.
