dread necromancer question

ok im DM'ing the AOW adventures and one of my players has a dread necromancer, the question is when he finally reaches 20th lvl and becomes a lich does he gain any new addition abilities or has he gained them all thru lvl progression. just looking for some confimation please.

Any lich qualities he has not already gained over the Dread Necro progression he gets at that time. Most of them he will already have, though.
