Sasserine & Cauldron: distance?

How far away is Sasserine from Cauldron distance-wise? Would travel from the port city be by walking/riding or is it possible to go by boat?

Any and all help or suggestions on such a trip (adventure) would be great, thanks!

Looking at the scale on the Amedio Region map for SWW, Sasserine looks to be about 75-80 miles away from Cauldron.

Sea travel is not feasible since Cauldron is landlocked up in the Hellfurnaces, but that's a manageable distance for mounted characters I would think...

75 miles is about where I put it.

I wasn't think sea travel as much as river boat travel, as i thought the river from cauldron empties out by sasserine.
