Was Dungeon 143 suppose to have a poster map of the Isle of dread?

Well was it, because I didn't get one!

The poster map is in Dragon (#351) not Dungeon...

Correct. There was no poster map with issue #143. Dragon #351 has a player's version poster map of the isle, and we have a DM's version poster map back in Dungeon #114 that got updated with several new tags and printed in the adventue in #143 as a full-page map.
