The two best soundtrack stores I've used have been:

I've not seen it as a download, the best I've seen is this: http://www.badmovies.org/movies/hawkslayer/

I'd advise avoiding the Monsters in Motion website, since they apperently deal in bootlegs of dubious legality and quality.
eBay has a couple of old vinyl copies, since the movie predates CDs.

C'mon, that isn't right. Any film with a machinegun-style crossbow in it must have some cultural worth. Plus Bernard Breslaw as a very short giant. What's not to like?
