Probably not. Neither were in the outline, we supplied to our authors, so chances are slim. And in any event, I wouldn't call either of these "oldies" since they weren't around until 3rd edition. My philosophy for pulling back established names for Savage Tide is to pull them from 1st or 2nd edition, like Orcus or Iggwilv. Nurn or the Cathazar don't really have that level of name recognition, so rather than bring them back for another go at it I'm more inclined to go with new characters.
