A question for Cosmo or Vic

I recently renewed my subscription to Dragon and under "My Subscriptions" it says that issue 349 shipped on Oct 3rd and issue 351 will ship on Nov 28.
Issue 350 seems to have been skipped.
Is there any way I can have the renewal start with 350 instead?
I would really like to receive this issue.
