"The Bullywug Gambit" questions

On page 41 on Dungeon 140 second column, it says,
"Liamae's down to only three spoons and a single fork, and by the time the PCs arrive she's desperate enough to try to escape, using her last spell to distract the Chief long enough to make a run for it."

On Liamae's Stats it syas that she has 1 1st and 3 0th spells remaining. Does she have those 3 0th spells left?

Onthe same page third column it says,
"Tactics: Chief Lorpth commands Chunkus to attack the most heavily armored foe (an unnecessary command, given Chunkus's ravenous appetite) and his three minions to gather around him to prevent the PCs from flanking him."

Accorind to the text, only 2 Trub Glop Hunters are there. Is the rust monster one of the three minions gathering around him (but then he can't be attacking a heavy metal PC) or is there supposed to be another Trub Glorp Hunter present?

1: Liamae does indeed have 3 0 level spells left. The text about her tactics is a little unclear; it should say: "She uses her last 1st level spell to distract the Chief long enough..."

2: There are only 2 Trub Glorp hunters present.
