The Jade Ravens play an important role in "The Bullywug Gambit," but are more or less offstage after that until "Tides of Dread" in issue #143. That's when they get their illustrations, in any event.
James,
I have two players whose characters fancy themselves ladies' men. Both have been vying for the affections of Lavinia since they met her, and all they've accomplished is getting fleeced out of some hard-earned pay by her at a game of three-dragon ante (My Lavinia picked up some card sharking skills while away at the academy).
I already have plans for the swashbuckler, as I'm sure he's going to be struck smitten by the scarlet corsair in Bullywug Gambit. The spellthief on the other hand needs a romantic interest, and the female sorcerer is described as just the kind of odd-ball character that he would find attractive.
Without giving away anything substantial about the unreleased materials, would such a tryst cause any major problems down the road in the story arc? The party has developed some rivalries, albeit friendly ones, so far, and I'd love to explore some themes of conflicted loyalties down the road.
