There were no githyanki in the outline. It's possible that one of the authors might throw one in, but it'd be a minor encounter, I'd think. None of the large plotlines involve githyanki at all.
Of course, if you're a big fan of the githyanki, there's no reason you can't throw some of them in there to spice things up on your own! :)
