I bought three downloads last night (1980 Greyhawk Folio, Fate of Istus, and Treasure Hunt), went through the purchasing process and finalized my purchase. The three items disappeared from my shopping cart, but when I went to My Account to see my authorized downloads it only listed one old download, not any of the three new ones. I also never received a confirmation e-mail. Did the purchase actually go through, or should I try and purchase those three items again? If it did go through, when will I be able to see them in my authorized downloads?

Your order is very odd—it went through, and you were charged properly and everything, but you're correct that the PDFs aren't being made available to you. Unfortunately, it's something Gary will have to fix, and he's already gone for the day. He'll fix it first thing when he gets in.

Yeah, that was strange. I have no idea what happened, but it's fixed now. Sorry for the delay, there are some things I can't do from home. :-)
Thanks for fixing the problem for me. I'm a Signal Corps Officer (computers, radios, etc.) in the Army, and I deal with crazy problems like this all of the time. Sometimes electronics/computers just don't work right, and you can't always figure out why.
