Based on the pictures in Dungeon 139, I would cast Johnny Depp as Vanthus, Angelina Jolie as the mistress of the Lotus Dragons, and I'm not sure about Livinia. It would need to be an actress with a bit of naivety and vulnerability to her affect. Maybe Julia Ormond?
