Alma's alignment is correct. Unfortunately, a few more sentances of her backstory didn't make it past the cuts.
Basically, she was a chaotic neutral battle dancer who caught the eye of Scarlet Brotherhood agents and was indoctrinated into their society. She emerged from the indoctrination a changed woman—very loyal to the Brotherhood, but her newfound order basically cut short her carreer as a battle dancer. She still retains all her battle dancer powers, but can't gain levels in the class unless she switches back to chaotic something. She should probably look into taking some battle-dancer friendly prestige classes...
