I don't know if there is information on the Greyhawk festivals but if there is that would be really cool. Anyway I am looking for any info on the festivals such as what they celebrate any traditions and information of that sort.

Dragon Annual #4 has a whole article on that subject (I recently got a copy through e-bay). The Adventure Begins (available as a PDF download) also has fairly detailed descriptions of Greyhawk's major festivals.
Also the Player's Guide to Greyhawk, available for download here on Paizo.
