Hi I placed my order for Dragon Magazine on Aug 13th. At the time it said that my first issue was 348. Looking now it says that I still have 12 issues and the first one will be 349 shipping next month. Is this correct?

In addition I have seen several reports of issues with Dungeon 139 arriving late. When should I expect my copy in Vancouver Canada?

You placed your order mere hours after we sent the subscription list for issue 348 to the printer. Can you tell me where you saw that your subscription was starting with 348, so we can fix that display if there's a problem?

It was in My Subscriptions just after I made the purchase. I'll have to watch for that issue on newstands then.

Hi Vic,

Thanks for sending me another copy. I finally got my replacement order in the mail today. Looking forward to getting my next issue and the first one of my Dragon mag subscription.

Just as an FYI, I just received my original magazine for this order today. 1 day after the replacement.

I wanted to thank you again for the wonderful customer service. You have been very quick to reply and work to rectify the situation. Very professional and much appreciated.

Unfortunately it has been a month since 140 was shipped and I still do not have it either. Given that my supbscriptions list indicates that 141 has now shipped, I thought it best to ask.

Given that it took six weeks for your last issue to arrive, can you give it a few more days? If it hasn't turned up by, say, next Monday, let us know.

I have waited an extra week bringing it up to six weeks since the issue was shipped. Unfortunately it has still not arrived.

I have still not received my first issue of my dragon magazine subscription, but I guess its only been 4 weeks.

We'll reship 140. Please consider letting your post office know about the delivery problems you've been experiencing.

Hi Vic, Once again thank you very very much for the amazing service that you and your team provide. I just got a phone call from my wife informing me that my magazine arrived. I'll check to see that it was the original subscription one, but I assume it was. I'll leave off contacting you in the future for late arrivals as it looks like 6-8 weeks is going to be the norm.

I am going to contact Canada Post and ask them what is going on. I'll post here how long issues take just for a record as well as any results of my email to Canada Post as it appears that many Canadians are having the same issue.

Hi Customer Service,

I know that I said I would leave off contacting you for late arrivals, but in this case I believe that there is a missing issue. Today I received Dragon 352, which arrived within the 6-8 weeks that I've come to expect from Canada Post. I have not received Dragon 351 yet however and it has been 11 weeks tomorrow. I decided to wait and see which issue was coming next and I am posting because I missed an issue.
