howdy guys & gals..
one question. While reading the 'Savage Tidings' article it states that there is a Players Guide to Savage Tides that is available to subscribers of either Dungeon or Dragon. I can assume this is the Savage Tides Players Guide that is for sale, but I was wondering if this product was available as a free supplement to those that had subscriptions, as indicated by the article.
Thanks.

I have noticed that I have spent almost $50 on my subscription to Dragon Magazine – however that I would have to buy the Player’s Guide to Savage Tide from Paizo to actually get the Map of Sasserine.
Why Isn’t the map part of Dragon Magazine?
Or at the least a free online download?
I would look at the second post in this thread. It may be just me but I think the answer you are looking for is there.

As I mentioned on that Other Thread (and above), the Player's Guide will be a free PDF download in about a week (hopefully). But Savage Tide (and the associated products and premiums) are primarilly Dungeon's thing, so the poster map itself is bundled with Dungeon.

So I'm confused. Do I have to subscribe to get it or not? And if it's somewhere else but I have to buy it, well guess what you lost a buyer. That really pisses me off. I read parts of the article and was happy to see Greyhawk material. I guess that my almost 9 dollars doesnt buy it all anymore. And I have to buy an issue of Dungeon for that map? That I can understand as the article is just a feature of the module. But come on give out the players guide for everyone. What's the point of buying the mag otherwise. Very Stingy of you people.

The Savage Tide Player's Guide is available in printed form for $5, or in PDF form for free.

I just received Dungeon #139, I downloaded the free Player's Guide and all I can say is "Wow, wow, wow!!".
If you are wondering how you managed to get such a loyal following, this is the answer: keeping your readers' interests in mind, providing to the point high quality information and providing that bit of extra information online which wouldn't fit into the magazine and is yet so important for drawing your fellow players into the campaign.
Thank you guys! :-)
Just one question: I might have missed this information somewhere, but I would really like to know how to fit the STAP into the Forgotten Realms. It sounds very chultish, but apart from that I am not quite sure (especially about the other places to come). Do you plan to provide such information in one of the next AP parts?
