Their stats show up in the Races of Faerun hardcover, on pp.142-147, along with other lycanthropes. This book was published in 2003, so it's 3.0, not 3.5. I was a bit disappointed with the treatment given to the lythari; they are identical to a normal werewolf, other than the CG alignment. I'm hoping to see a cooler version in the future.

Except you need to remember that lythari don't have a hybrid form, and, as mentioned above, they are CG instead of CE.
