I went to pick up the back issue for #116 in anticipation of STAP, and found that it was currently unavailable. Will it become available again, or a pdf version come out soon?

I'm not sure what you were seeing... we have plenty of 116. Did you mean 114? If so, we're working on the PDF for that one. With luck, it might even be up today.
