Looking for a magic cloak made for a thief

I am searching for a cloak that is made from adamatite(apologies for the spelling) it is woven into the fabric. I thought I seen it in a dragon magazine, but my memory eludes me. I am thankful for any help. My thief is not very strong and has a hard time even wearing leather armor without slowing him down.
