Can I have the ST player's guide put in with my Dungeon magazine?

I already pay to have Paizo ship Dungeon to my house each month, and I want to buy the Savage Tide Player's Guide, but the shipping costs are as much as the guide costs!

Can you just slip it into the bag with the Dungeon magazine?

We can't do that because the Savage Tide Player's Guides are here in Washington, and your subscription issues ship from somewhere in the midwest.

I suggest buying more stuff so the shipping cost per item is less. :-)
