i searched for this topic on the site but didn't see it, so i'm going to ask: does anyone else think that whisper gnomes should have an ecl?
If I recall correctly, the Whisper Gnomes have a LA of +1, meaning they have a starting ECL of 2 (1st Class Level + 1 Level Adjustment). Check the Races of Stone again; the LA should be at the end of their racial stat block.
