I wanted to play out a really massive battle at BlackWall Keep between the PCs and the LizardFolk. I didn't have enough lizard miniatures, so I created some home-made counters. I have uploaded a JPG file to http://www.therpgenius.com for anyone else who might like to use this. Just print it out on cardstock and cut apart. Makes 80 counters.
I had a bunch of the punch-out cardboard figures from (whoever made them). I inserted them into the tops of caramels for stands ("You eat what you kill"). I think we all got sick that night.
