I'm currently in a group that another DM is running through SCAP. When that adventure path ends, I will most likely be running the Age of Worms.
So far, people seem happy with the fact that AWAP is a loose sequel, but forget that the term loose is emphasized and that they would need new characters.
Has anyone put any thought into changing AWAP so that it runs from 21-30(or 40) instead of 1-20?

Hahahahahah! Converting this to epic level would be waaaay too much work for me - I think I would just keep everything "as-is", and let the epic PCs from SCAP play through the whole Age of Worms in an afternoon...!
I'm kidding of course...

Have you?
I mean, seriously, unless you use some device like having the SCAP PCs serve as mentors for a set of 1st level PCs while doing some high level quests that somehow relate to the battle against Kyuss, it seems like it would be so much work to convert the lower adventures to epic level that it would be better to just make up your own adventures whole cloth. I suppose the last four or five adventures could be upgraded to the low 20s without completely changing their plot, but it would still be significant work, and you'd have to modify the plot anyway to account for what's missing in the adventures you cut out.
What, roughly, did you have in mind?
