I'd like to see more classic 1st and 2nd edition monsters from campaign settings that are not published in 3.5 (by WotC). Classic Ravenloft monsters, etc. I have enjoyed articles on the creatures from various mythologies of our own world and would like to see more in the future, maybe focused on Indo-Chinese and Japanese legends.
